S60 3rd Edition Feature Pack 1 based phones have Flash Lite 2.0. That probably means that S60 3rd Ed. Feature Pack 2 (FP2) based phones could have Flash Lite 2.1, and some version after that might get Flash Lite 3.0. FP2 based devices have been announced yet.
And I don't think any existing S60 devices will get a newer Flash Lite version in a firmware update (firmware updates will come with the same Flash Lite that was there originally, but possibly with some fixes to it). I don't know what versions of Flash Lite are on S40 based phones.
