Comfy Easy Pc Software Download

I purchased my first Comfy keyboard in 1997 and my son LOVED it! I loved it too, it was educational and supplemented what I was working on teaching him, colors, shapes, plus it has music, weather, a phone to talk with the characters, etc. That keyboard lasted through 2 children, I still have that original CD. When the 3rd came along, I didn't think they made them anymore.

I was so happy to find one and we are thrilled to have it again! My baby loves playing with it and my older kids love sharing a toy they loved with her. I bought two CDs from retailers (via Amazon.com) and none of them worked: either the version was outdated or there was a compatibility issue. The website advises to upgrade the CD/DVD reader device (it does provide compatibility charts in the FAQs). I've downloaded the latest Adobe Flash, checked for any other updates for Windows, then tried the CDs on two other state-of-the art laptops in my household without luck. Moreover, the keyboard overlay does not fit the design of the keyboard as pictured here. You would have to cut it into single keys which will be very difficult for a small child to operate.

The company website advises that the retailer should replace the CD with correct version for free, which was not the case. One retailer approved the return, but the postage cost about half of the refund. Another retailer did not approve the return on the ground that the product was opened. I filed a claim to get my money back. I am debating whether to make the purchase from the website at a higher price, plus *international* shipping fees ($10 flat rate regardless number of items). What holds me back is that there is no way I can talk to a company representative in the US to verify the version of the CDs I am about to purchase.

Their policy is that you can only return the items in original packaging, hence the same problem as above. The phone number provided does not work. It is a shame that a company that develops such a good concept and a potential educating instrument completely lacks of customer care and service.
